During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing time may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues beyond our control.
