How do I place an order?
Simply choose your quantity, upload your photos, and check out. We’ll take care of the rest — from print to perfection.
What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend clear, high-resolution images (the sharper, the better). PNG and JPG formats work best.
Can I order in bulk or for events?
Yes — perfect for weddings, parties, and corporate gifting. Drop us a message and we’ll sort out something special for you.
What makes your magnets special?
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to be both durable and beautifully finished—designed to last, not fade into the background.
What size are the magnets?
Our standard magnets are compact, minimal, and designed to fit seamlessly into your everyday spaces (5cm x 5cm).
Will they damage my surfaces?
Not at all. They’re made to hold securely while remaining easy to reposition — no residue, no fuss.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within Malaysia. If you’re ordering from elsewhere, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll try our best to assist. Reach out as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. There will be no cancellations allowed once your magnets are in the making.
Do you accept returns?
As each piece is made just for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right—whether it’s damaged or incorrect—we’ll replace it. Your experience matters to us.
